New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

If you have moved to the practice area (we do not accept applications to register from people outwith our Practice area), call in at the surgery between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday to complete a registration form for each person and make a new patient appointment with the practice nurse. You may then meet one of the doctors.  Do not wait until you are in urgent medical need.

If you are temporarily resident in the practice area and are to be living here for up to three months, you may register with the practice as a temporary resident.  When you first come to the surgery, the receptionist will ask you for details about the practice with which you are permanently registered.

Remember that if you leave the area and the practice, you must let us know and register with another GP practice. Do not wait until you feel ill and need to see a doctor as, for example, you may need health reviews or certificates for insurance.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
