The Surgery is now hosting an Advice Hub.
This involves various community groups that can offer help around a lot of issues setting up in our open room in the Surgery. You can then just stop by the Surgery at the appropriate time to speak to them.
HEAT PROJECT – Provide free energy advice to households to enable them to become more energy efficient and reduce bills.
PKC SCAM AWARENESS- Advice and information on avoiding scams and dealing with cold callers.
CATH- Support with filling in forms eg PIP, Universal Credit
VOICEABILITY- Provide free advocacy regarding benefits access and support people to be heard in decisions about their health, care and well-being.
CAP- Free, expert debt help. Advise on the best route out of debt and support to become debt free.
DUNKELD AND BIRNAM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST CARE PROJECT WORKER- Eilidh Wild is the Care Project worker for the trust and is on hand to help with recruitment of personal assistants for those needing extra care.
PKC EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT TEAM- Job advice and help for those who have learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, mental health issues or are on the Autism spectrum.
